How long 'till my order gets here?
U.S ORDERS WITH FREE SHIPPING:
Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be delivered. You can check your tracking number for updates or email us.
U.S ORDERS WITH EXPRESS SHIPPING:
Your order is a priority and will arrive within 1-3 business days.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Please allow 7-15 business days for delivery.
How much for shipping?
For orders within the United States, it will cost around $6.99 for standard shipping. Express shipping shown at checkout.
Orders outside of United States will be determined based on location and weight and shown at checkout.
Can I trust your ordering system
Yes, our ordering system is equipped with a fraud protection system on all orders for our customers safety
What payments do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods, such as all credit card companies, apple pay and shop payment installments.

How long until I get a reply back?
Our team works every day on getting back to our customers and the questions they may have. Please wait up to 24 Hours for a reply.
What are your customer service hours?
We check our emails everyday no matter weekday or weekend. Give us 24 hours to respond as we get back to you guys as fast we can.
Product Questions
Do you provide a sizing chart?
Yes we have a sizing chart right under all the items you are interested in buying.
How often do you restock?
Our team restocks once our products is low in stock before it can sell out
That way when it does sell out it will be available again not even a week after the sell out.
Do your products shrink?
Most of our products are capable shrinking if washed wrong.
We recommend washing in cold water and hang drying in order to prevent shrinkage and longer lasting clothing.
Return/Exchanges?
As of right now Dylf does not offer return or exchanges on products bought and shipped out.
Our team will strive to get to that point where returns will not be a problem for our customers.
